GENERAL CONTRACTING
Danco provides complete “turn-key” commercial construction packages for new construction and renovation projects. We self-perform all carpentry, drywall, acoustics, plastering, concrete and demolition which typically constitutes a significant percentage of the overall project. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT Our Construction Managers are experienced in the overall planning, coordination, scheduling and budgeting of our projects from early development through to completion. WALL & CEILING CONSTRUCTION
Our Wall and Ceiling Construction team are experienced in light-gauge metal stud framing, light-gauge metal trusses, batt and rigid insulation, exterior insulation finish systems, metal lath and plaster, non-structural metal stud framing, gypsum drywall, acoustical ceilings and acoustical wall panels. SPECIALTIES
Danco offers spray-on fireproofing, firestopping and spray-on acoustical insulation. We are also the authorized Hilti firestopping contractor for the Tri-State area. SELF-PERFORMED WORK:

DESIGN / BUILD SERVICES
In addition to traditional architectural design services, Danco also offers “Design Build” services. Design Build is a project delivery method wherein the Architect (Design) and Contractor (Build) are a single business entity. This collaborative delivery method provides a host of cost and time saving synergies. In addition to creating a highly efficient and cooperative project environment, it also simplifies the contractual relationship with the Project Owner or Client. Design Build offers a single contract for all design and construction services.
Danco’s design capabilities include all facets of commercial, multi-family residential, and light industrial projects. We assemble a highly skilled and expertly experienced design team from select licensed and insured design professionals specifically for each project. This methodology ensures every project has a design team comprised of design professionals with relevant project experience and competence. Danco’s in-house licensed architect has two decades of professional experience including many exemplary design build projects. Our expert architect and engineer team work hand-in-hand with Danco’s experienced construction personnel to deliver completed projects within the stated schedule and budget. Danco’s Design Build Team completes all drawings, specifications, permitting, and construction work making design build the most efficient project delivery method available.
